Inspired by my friend Jeff Stephens, I wrote some haiku about my favorite Marvel villain, Dough Boy. Yes, Dough Boy. He is a giant blog of dough. Haiku is that type of poem that makes you use your fingers to count out syllables in the lines; 5, 7 and then 5 again.
Dough Boy, oh Dough Boy
You'd make the best loaf of bread
A villain though? No.
Grows stronger with yeast
Dough Boy expands, that's his plan
We do not knead him
Lo! His nemesis!
Come to balance the pH
Vinegar! We're saved!
And like the supportive friend he is, Jeff added this one:
Dough Boy must be stopped
Quick! Call in the Human Torch!
He can bake his buns
